1. Service

1shorturl provides URL shortening and related features. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

2. Acceptable use

• No malware, phishing, spam, or illegal content.
• No abusive automation or interference with the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and keeping your credentials secure.

4. Links and retention

Guest links expire after 24 hours. Links created while signed in have no automatic expiration unless you choose one. You can pause or delete your links. QR codes depend on their underlying link remaining active. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Destination websites and analytics

Destination websites are operated by third parties. A short link, headline listing or successful health check is not an endorsement or guarantee of the destination. Automated checks may be blocked or inconclusive.

Analytics count recorded visits, which can include automated traffic. QR attribution does not identify individual people or every scan. Campaign labels are passed to the destination website; that website needs compatible analytics to use them.

Visibility

Unlisted links are excluded from shared reports, but anyone with the exact URL can open them. Choosing public sharing makes eligible link information and aggregate public-period activity available in shared features. See our Privacy policy.

5. Liability

Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Help and reporting abuse

Start with the Help Center for common questions. To report suspected phishing, malware or other abuse, email abuse@1shorturl.com with the short link and a description. Do not include passwords or reset tokens.
